Mom Classes

The Mom Classes offer holistic, functional training specifically for women during and after pregnancy. Anyone who wants to stay active during pregnancy or get back into training safely and competently after giving birth is welcome.

Coach Tanja – herself a mom and specialized in pre- and postpartum training – will accompany you during this special phase. No previous experience is required. Tanja attaches great importance to the correct execution of the exercises and movement sequences and adapts the intensity individually to your fitness level and the context of your pregnancy in order to offer you the best possible challenge.

Targeted movements and breathing techniques are used to increase strength, flexibility and endurance, with the focus always on the well-being of the (expectant) moms. Babies and toddlers are very welcome, as the training should not end when motherhood begins.

The Mom Classes can be booked via Eversports with a one-way ticket or a block card. People with a regular COI membership who are expecting a child can use these classes as part of their existing membership.

A change to the Mom Classes is recommended from the 20th week of pregnancy or as soon as the baby bump starts to grow visibly. If you have any questions about the class, please send an e-mail to tanja@strongforlife.at.

In the case of a pregnancy without complications, the Mom Classes can be attended until the end of the pregnancy. After the birth, the classes can be attended from the 6th week after a spontaneous delivery or from the 10th week after a caesarean section – ideally after completing a postnatal course. Medical clearance is required in all cases.
